There are 4 cylinders. Each cylinder has appropriate diameter for a coin size at the top of every side.

For example you can add by hand a 2 euro coin from one side of cylinder and 50c coin from the other.

spring goes down as
you add coins from both sides until there is no space!
You can even  add only 2 euro coins and fill the approx.
7 cm
with only that coin.
The total item's dimensions are:

On the one side you can keep coins of 50c, 20c,5c, 1c
In the other side you can keep coins of 2e, 1e, 10c, 2c
So there is no fixed number of coins that can fit. But there is a maximum number
ASSUMING EMPTY CYLINDER FROM OTHER SIDE.
DIVIDE BY 2 and round it FOR HALF CYLINDER.
