    Description

    Vintage 1950s Greeting Cards: 75+.
This is a collection of used greeting cards from the  early 1950s to the early 1960s.
All of them were part of a scrapbook and consequently have discoloration on the back where they were glued.
The fronts and interiors, however, are in pretty good condition considering their age. All have writing inside. A few have tape damage.
Cards are from Hallmark, Doehla, Whit, Paramont, Favessi-Lamont, Wishing Well, Gibson, Norcross, Armericard, Forget-me-Not and others.
About half of the cards released immediately from the scrapbook pages and will be sent loose. The other cards are still affixed to the original scrapbook paper sheets.
A quick inventory showed that at least 11 are flocked, 9 have fur, feathers, or ribbon, 9 have moving parts, 8 have glitter, 1 has rhinestone eyes! Many are die-cut. Gold-plated diaper pins included.
The majority of the cards are NEW BABY. Many BIRTHDAY cards, CHRISTMAS cards, and a few EASTER, VALENTINES, MOTHERS' DAY and FATHERS' DAY
